two steps forward, one step backwards… and now it is all about stepping forwards again. And keeping it.
Aaah what happened…. I slacked so much, I didn’t drink enough water, eating unhealthy food because I was lazy to prepare nice meals… and didn’t work out properly in ages. So I gained back alot of weight because I didn’t stick to my healthy new lifestyle. And I realized, while slacking, that I didn’t feel as happy as before.. And still, I didn’t really get back on track.
So, even when I said it already in my last post, that I am back on track… which turned out to be just a little omment of motivation… I feel like now I really am back on track. Motivation comes and goes. If I stick to the better lifestyle, I will get used to it again.
I made steps backwards, but really! No reason to be sad :) That’s the twist in my journey, my story, and I know already of what I am capable! It will be so much fun to continue the adventure!
Yesterday’s healthy choices:
- Instead of a piece of cake, I had a bowl of sliced banana and apple with buttermilk
- Drank almost 2l of water
- had a nice blend of vegetables for lunch with fruits as sidedish
- I did a tiny workout
